ATTENTION PARENTS:  If you leave your child at the pool, please make sure that your child has a phone number at which you can be reached at all times in case of an emergency or inclement weather. Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian at least 13 years of age at St. Peters pools.

The Cove at St. Peters is a new type of outdoor aquatics center with activities for kids and adults alike! It's a place where kids of all ages have plenty to do, while parents can enjoy a relaxing time in the pool.

COVE AT ST. PETERS FEATURES:

  • LEISURE POOL: 8,000 sq. ft. Leisure Pool with one of the widest zero-entry beaches in the county—more than 100 linear feet—with shade structures on each corner.
  • PLAY FEATURES: The Leisure Pool has an elevated play structure with steps, 7 different water features including a dumping bucket, and a slide from the elevated platform.
  • AREAS TO RELAX IN THE POOL: The rest of the leisure area includes underwater benches and peninsula barriers that separate activities from more relaxing areas for parents and families.
  • SPLASH PAD: Families and patrons ranging from toddlers to young teens can also enjoy a shaded splash pad area with 19 various water features.
  • WATERSLIDES: Patrons of all ages who are at least 48 inches tall will enjoy our 2 intertwining waterslides that start from a 21-foot high platform. One is a 175-foot long open flume run-out body slide and the other a faster 120-foot closed tube run-out body slide.
  • ACTIVITY/SPORTS POOL: Another unique feature at The Cove at St. Peters is a 3,200 sq. ft. Activity/Sports Pool that will be versatile enough to offer something for both kids and adults. The Activity/Sports Pool is set up with basketball hoops and is great for games like water volleyball and basketball. But, it also can be used for aqua aerobics, water walking, lap swimming and rentals.

Laurel Park Pool 

 

St. Peters' outdoor pool is located in the heart of Laurel Park, one of our most popular recreational parks. You can reach the pool by taking McClay Road to McClay Valley Boulevard, or from Jungermann Road by taking Barkwood Trails to Driftwood Lane. The pool features a large shallow water area, a splash pad, a 1-meter diving board, a large sunbathing area and two dedicated 25-meter lap lanes. A concession stand is available for light snacks and cool soft drinks.

St. Peters Outdoor Pool Rules

(Rules are subject to change pending safety concerns)

  • A current Resident Privilege Card is required upon every visit to receive resident rates – NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Admission will be charged for any patron not presenting their individual POOL PASS (this includes each family member). NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Anyone entering the pool gates (infants through seniors) must pay admission or have a valid Outdoor Pool Pass, regardless if you are entering the water or not
  • No currency larger than $20 will be accepted.
  • Food, drink, glass containers and coolers are not allowed past the admission gates. Staff reserves the right to check items if deemed appropriate.
  • Water may be brought in, as long as it is in a sealed plastic bottle.
  • Smoking/vaping is not permitted within 30 feet of the facility.
  • Any person suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to enter.
  • It is the responsibility of patrons when entering the facility to read and obey all the posted signs for their safety.
  • All children still in diapers MUST wear approved swim diapers due to health and safety issues. Diapers are for sale at the pool.
  • No RAFTS or INNER TUBES. Only baby/infant pool floats no greater than 36” in diameter will be allowed.
  • No squirt guns or torpedoes. Soft rubber or foam toys only. NO HARD PLASTIC OR RUBBER OBJECTS.
  • No refunds for inclement weather/fecal incidents.
  • Large groups MUST have at least one adult for every 10 children under 10 years of age.

Throw a Birthday Pool Party!

Make that birthday party one to remember this summer -- book your pool party at one of our outdoor pools! Check out our options below at both The Cove at St. Peters and Laurel Park Pool.

 

PLEASE NOTE: AT THIS TIME, WE ARE ACCEPTING BIRTHDAY POOL PARTIES FOR THE COVE ONLY. To request a Birthday Pool Party at The Cove, email rec-connect@stpetersmo.net.

 

POOL PARTY INCLUDES:

  • Daily Admission to The Cove at St. Peters or Laurel Park Pool (depending on chosen party location) for the number of guests in your party package (see tables below).
  • Party Length: Designated 1.5 hours of exclusive use of the Party Pavilion.
  • Party Pavilion: Covered Outdoor Area with tables with seating for up to 20 people.
  • Supplies Provided: Balloons and basic plates/napkins/utensils from the concession area.
  • Food/Drink: Each Party will get "party food coupons" for all of your guests. The party guests will take those up to the concession window to choose the food/drink of their choice.
  • Each coupon is good for the guest to receive:
    • Hot Dog OR Pizza OR Pretzel with Cheese
    • Small Fountain Drink (no refills)
  • Invitations (available on our website soon)


Not Included:

  • Cakes/Cupcakes: We will not provide this as an option for the party, but the party may bring their own if they so choose.
  • Party Favors/Goodie Bag: These will not be provided, but the party may bring their own to hand out at the end of the party for the guests to take home.
  • Hostess: None provided.
