HIGH-INTENSITY WORKOUT

3 Rounds, 9 Exercises per round

1 minute per exercise, 1-minute rest

Halve time for each round

Write down your reps after each exercise, or after one full cycle of the exercise

2. Lunge Jumps

3. Push-Ups

4. Burpee

5. Sit-Ups

6. Plank
