City of St. Peters Announces Holiday Hours for Independence Day

St. Peters City Hall, Municipal Court, the Cultural Arts Centre, Police Records Division and Earth Centre yard waste and compost facility will be closed Thursday, July 4, 2019, in observance of Independence Day.

The St. Peters Rec-Plex will be open from 1-5 p.m., including open swimming and ice skating, and the Dynamic Training Center will be open from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. However, the Registration Desk, administrative offices, Tot Drop, Youth Fitness Room and the Finish Line Café will be closed on Independence Day.


The Cove at St. Peters and the Laurel Park Pool will be open from noon-6:30 p.m. on July 4.

St. Peters’ Recycle City, including aluminum can buy-back and trash acceptance, will be closed. The Aytes Community Recycling Center drop-off area will remain open.

Trash and Blue Bag recycling collection will be delayed one day. Regular Thursday pick-up will be Friday, and regular Friday pick-up will be Saturday.

Animal Control will be closed on Independence Day. For emergency calls only after hours or on the holiday, call Police Dispatch at 636-278-2222.
