2016 Halloween Carnival

What’s better for Halloween than putting on your costumes, trick-or-treating, enjoying Halloween-themed activities and having dinner together as a family? Doing it all at one event for FREE!

The City of St. Peters will host its annual Halloween Carnival on Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017, from 4-6 p.m., at the HES Operations Building, 135 Ecology Drive, behind Recycle City. This year for the first time, the event is FREE to the public. Register now—spots are limited. All participants, both adults and children, must register in advance.
The St. Peters Halloween Carnival gives families a chance to enjoy games, crafts, treats, hayrides (weather permitting), plenty of photo opportunities, and a dinner of hot dogs, chips and a drink.
Pre-register at the Rec-Plex, 5200 Mexico Road, online using the Rec-Connect feature at, or by calling 636-939-2386, ext. 1400. Registration ends Oct. 19 or when the event is full. Registration will not be accepted at the event.
The event is sponsored by the Rob Hamann American Family Insurance Agency.
To reach the HES Operations Building, take Mid Rivers Mall Drive north of I-70 and turn right on Ecology Drive. Drive to the end of Ecology, turn left and follow the signs to the HES Operations Building behind the Recycle City building.
