Take a Fall Break for YOU with Rec-Plex Classes

Don’t forget to take a break for YOU this fall! Check out all of the fall programs open now for registration at the St. Peters Rec-Plex. Classes are available for fitness, swimming, ice skating, hockey skills, aqua aerobics, SCUBA and more. Plus, register now for Adult Softball Leagues starting in September.

Fitness classes are available for all ages, from family fitness options to active older adult classes. Nationally certified personal trainers are also available.


Try Small Group Training classes to get the benefits of personal training sessions—at a fraction of the cost! David Griffith's Total Body Camp small group class can build your overall strength and cardio health, plus give you nutritional coaching to help you reach your fitness goals!


Many classes are discounted for Rec-Plex members. Upgrade to a GOLD PLUS membership at the Rec-Plex and enjoy a number of FREE select classes, including RPX Cycling, Kettlebell, various Aqua Aerobics classes, Family Fitness classes (including Youth Weight Training), Yoga, 50+ Fitness classes and Personal Trainer Initial Consultation. The Rec-Plex also offers a lineup of monthly Aerobics classes and Active Older Adult Classes that are FREE to all of its members.


Sign up for Rec-Plex classes by phone at 636-939-2386, ext. 1400, or in person at the St. Peters Rec-Plex, 5200 Mexico Road, any time Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The registration desk is closed on Sundays and City holidays.
