Find Fitness and Fun this Summer with New Session of Rec-Plex Classes

The St. Peters Rec-Plex offers a wide variety of classes this summer for fitness … and FUN! Learn to swim or skate. Try a fitness class in a friendly atmosphere. Get your kids active, too, with family fitness options. Try Aqua Aerobics for a low-impact, calorie-busting workout. Play ball this summer—there’s Softball Leagues for adults and instructional baseball for kids ages 4-7. The Rec-Plex also offers classical fencing, SCUBA, hockey skills and more.


Summer classes are now open to registration. Nationally certified personal trainers are also available.


Try Small Group Training classes to get the benefits of personal training sessions—at a fraction of the cost! David Griffith's NEW Total Body Camp small group class can build your overall strength and cardio health, plus give you nutritional coaching to help you reach your fitness goals!


RPX Cycling, Kettlebell, various Aqua Aerobics classes, Family Fitness classes (including Youth Weight Training), Yoga, 50+ Fitness classes, Personal Trainer Initial Consultation, and other classes and programs are FREE when you upgrade to a GOLD PLUS membership at the Rec-Plex. The Rec-Plex also offers a lineup of monthly Aerobics classes and Active Older Adult Classes that are FREE to all of its members.
