Take Time for Tea and Learn About 18th Century Culture

The 18th Century French Creoles of the Mid-Mississippi Valley had a unique culture and way of life, radically different from any other place in the Americas. The French, African, Indian and Spanish traditions were all blended together and could have added to our national culture. However, after the Louisiana Purchase, the new settlers rejected the culture.
