Ages 6 to 18 months

Mom or Dad or both, bring your toddler and lets have some fun! Enjoy time with your little one while you move, dance and participate in exercises. Class will consist of music, basic movement exercises, and other gross motor skills. Class is 30 minutes and parents must accompany their child to each class.

Toddler Jam

Ages 2 to 4 years

Bring your toddler and lets boogie, jump, twist and spin while dancing and having fun. Fitness instructor will be making fun dance routines for your toddler to boogie and jam to some music. Class is 30 minutes and parents must accompany their child to each class.
