Scope
This project will construct a 1.4-mile stretch of Spencer Road from the existing end of Spencer at the Amazon Delivery facility extending east to Lakeside Park Dr. Phase 2 of the project will construct a three-lane concrete roadway with reinforced concrete box culvert crossings, a 60-inch diameter storm sewer pipe crossing, an open drainage system, and street lighting. Phase 3 of the project will reconstruct approximately 300 feet of three lane concrete roadway, an open drainage system, and street lighting on Lakeside Park Dr. at Spencer Road. The roadway improvements will support a 1.7 million-square-foot industrial site development planned by NorthPoint, LLC, at Premier 370 Business Park. The project is eligible to receive 50% reimbursement through economic development funding from the St. Charles County Road Board. The remaining cost will be split between NorthPoint and the City of St. Peters. NorthPoint will pay 50% of the cost for the Phase 2 portion of the project. The City will pay 50% of the cost for Phase 3.
September 2023 Update
Construction is nearing completion. The road should be opened by the end of 2023.

Scope
This project includes the construction of Ramp 1 (of 3 total) that will connect eastbound Salt River Road with westbound/southbound MO 370 and I-70. Ramp 1 will consist of a new 14-foot wide concrete ramp extending from the Spencer Road and Salt River Road entrance ramp to westbound/southbound MO 370. The project includes the addition of an auxiliary lane on MO 370 between Ramp 1 and the Westbound I-70 ramp. The bridge crossing at Premier Parkway will be widened with the project. The project is eligible to receive 14% Federal reimbursement funding, 27% MoDOT Cost Share funding, and 29% St. Charles County Road Board reimbursement funding.
