Amenities


  • Located on 140-acre lake near popular destinations 30 minutes west of St. Louis.
  • Guests of the RV park receive free boat launch and St. Peters resident rates for fishing.
  • 50 gravel full-service RV sites.
  • RV Sites: rotomill (gravel) is 15' wide with a minimum of 15' of grass area next to the rotomill. Pull through drives are 65’ long.
  • Pull-through (35' X 71' minimum) and back-in (35' X 61' minimum) pads with up to 50 amp service.
  • Picnic tables on concrete pads, and fire rings.
  • Clean comfort station with restrooms, showers and laundry.

*All persons fishing or launching watercraft must check in at the RV/Ranger Station before accessing the water. *Nominal fees for fishing and use of boat launch. Revenue used toward maintenance of the park and re-stocking the lake. The lake is closed to boating and fishing from December-February.

  1. RV SITES include up to six people, one wheeled sleeping unit and one tent. Cost for additional guests is $2 per person/per day: twelve people maximum per site. Additional tent is $10 per day. Maximum of two tents per site. Stay six consecutive nights at RV site and receive the seventh night free.
  2. The lake is closed to boating and fishing during winter (Dec. 1-Feb. 28). 
  3. The rates include full-hook up-water, sewer and electric. Monthly rental includes a Family Gold Membership to the Rec-Plex for that month, approximately a $40 value. Payment must be made in full to receive monthly rate.
  4. Extra fees apply for additional people or sleeping units.

Primitive Campground

 

NOTE: There is limited parking available in the primitive camping area. Overflow parking is available at the marina parking lot.

 

 

INDIVIDUAL PRIMITIVE CAMPSITES

370 Lakeside Park offers 10 PRIMITIVE CAMPSITES for those who do not need water, sewer and electric hook-ups.

Each site includes:

  • Picnic table
  • Fire ring
  • Lantern hook
  • Gravel off-road parking for up to two standard vehicles
  • Access to comfort stations with restrooms, showers and laundry facilities.
  • Campers receive free boat launch and St. Peters resident rates for fishing.

 

Fees are $10 April—November, $7 December—March for up to six people, and two sleeping units, only one of which may be wheeled. Cost for additional guests is $2 per person/per day: 12 people maximum per site. Additional tent is $10 per day.


GROUP PRIMITIVE CAMPSITE

One group primitive campsite is available for rent. This site does not have water, sewer or electric hook-ups.

The group site includes:

  • 6 Picnic Tables
  • 4 Cooking Rings
  • 4 Lantern Hooks
  • Bonfire Ring
  • Gravel off-road parking at each end
  • Campers receive free boat launch and St. Peters resident rates for fishing.

 

Fee is $30/night for up to 15 people. Cost for additional guest is $2 per person/per day; 30 people maximum on the site. Up to 6 tents are included in the base fee. Additional tents are $10 per day (7+).

BONFIRE ONLY RENTALS

We want the bonfire ring to be enjoyed by many!

If the group campsite is not reserved overnight, the bonfire ring is available to people staying in the park, or for people who just want to spend the evening.

Here are the facts: $30 for the day (If the site has NOT been reserved overnight). There is no limit on the number of people (If the site has NOT been reserved overnight) Permit begins at 2 p.m. and ends at midnight. Permit holder must observe all park, lake, and campground rules. Fire must be extinguished before leaving the campsite. Permit holder may use the limited parking area designated for the group campsite ONLY. Overflow parking is available at the marina. If anyone stays the night, all applicable limits and fees apply. If the group campsite is not reserved, any registered guest can use it, first come, first serve. Please check at the Ranger check-in station prior to making plans.

RESERVATION POLICY

RV/Tent Sites & Primitive Camping

 

When making a reservation, the reservation SHOULD be paid in full by MasterCard, Visa or Discover.

 

We cannot GUARANTEE a reservation without a minimum payment equivalent to one night’s stay.

 

If a guest cannot pay in full, the minimum due to guarantee the reservation is the equivalent of one night's stay, leaving the balance due upon arrival.

 

If a guest doesn't have a credit card, we must receive the paid-in-full amount or the equivalent of one night’s stay via mail in the form of a traveler’s check, money order or cashier’s check within 5 business days of booking the reservation. If not received, the reservation will be cancelled.

If a guest cannot make a payment, we cannot guarantee the reservation. The sites will be on a first come/first serve basis upon arrival.

 

If for some reason a guest’s travel plans change and the guest is unable to keep the reservation, the guest can reschedule the reservation based on availability for no additional fee, or cancel the reservation and our cancellation policy will apply.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

If canceled 30 or more days out from the check-in date:

- the guest can reschedule the reservation for another date, based on availability for no additional charge, OR

- the guest will receive a refund of the amount prepaid less a processing fee of $7.50.

 

If canceled less than 30 days out from the check-in date:

- the guest can reschedule the reservation for another date, based on availability for no additional charge, OR

- a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged, and the balance will be refunded.
