Residency Comes with Privileges in St. Peters

"Quality of life" is a phrase that is often mentioned when a family looks for a new home. St. Peters is a progressive community with a hometown atmosphere where residents take pride in the City’s unparalleled quality of life. This is one of the many reasons that nearly 53,000 persons have decided to call St. Peters home.

Being a St. Peters resident means you are eligible to receive several benefits, just for living in our beautiful City, such as:

St. Peters residents are encouraged to get Resident Privilege Cards for each member of their family. Resident privilege cards must be shown to receive:

  • Free use of the City’s St. Peters Earth Centre facility for yard waste up to 30 cubic yards (approximately 15 pickup truck loads) per calendar year.
    • $1 off daily admission to the Wapelhorst, Blanchette or McNair Park Aquatic Facilities.
    • St. Charles resident rates on the season-long pool pass.
    • An opportunity to purchase the St. Charles resident-only 10-Visit Swim Pass.

Resident Privilege Card

Resident Privilege Cards are computer-generated picture cards, FREE to St. Peters residents, that serve as identification for many reduced residential rates or special Resident Only privileges. Without this card, residents are charged non-resident rates.

The cards are valid three years from the date of issuance, and are available to each resident two years of age and older, residing within the corporate limits of the City.

To get your Resident Privilege Card, bring two proofs of residency, such as a driver's license and utility bill displaying current address at the Citizen Action Center at City Hall during normal business hours or the St. Peters Rec-Plex during regular office hours.
