Request for a Public Record
Records of the City of St. Peters are open and available to the
public for inspection and/or copying, as provided by law. Such records
may include maps, ordinances, building plans, minutes from meetings and
numerous other types of City records. A request for inspection and/or
copying of minutes of a public meeting, record or vote may be registered
with the Citizen Action Center (CAC), either in person at City Hall, by
fax at 636.926.2047 or click here to request public records online.
The
City may charge a reasonable fee for providing access to or copies of
public records. Upon receipt of the submitted request form, each request
will be processed in accordance with the City's Public Information
Policy governed by the
Missouri Sunshine Law.
