Are you looking for a great place to hold your next athletic event, youth group activity or overnight lock-in? The Rec-Plex is a great option! Individual areas such as the pool, an ice rink, or a gymnasium are available for rentals during non-public hours. We can also arrange for rentals in multiple areas of the Rec-Plex. Many youth groups, churches, athletic organizations and schools already take advantage of the Rec-Plex for their events. Ice Rentals–Rec-Plex and Rec-Plex South

 


 


 

 

 

  • Ice Arena (up to 40 people): $250.00/hr. during prime time hours, or
  • HALF-PRICE ICE on non-prime time hours: $125.00/hr. before 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Additional fees may apply for groups of more than 40. Groups needing skate rental may incur extra charges.

 

Current ice availability for January and February 2012:

  • A Rink - 9:30 pm
  • B Rink - 6:30 pm
  • North Rink - 4:45 pm

Ice rink rentals are available for youth groups, church outings, scouting organizations, teams, etc. to ice skate or play hockey or broomball.  Please note that arrangements for rentals must be completed at least two weeks in advance so that staff coverage can be finalized. Pool Rental

 

 

 

Hourly Rates:

  • Entire Natatorium (includes 50 meter pool and Leisure Pool, and staff): $242
  • 1/2 of the 50 meter pool: $121
  • Leisure Pool: $121
  • 25-yard lane rental–per lane: $15.10


Groups over 300 may incur extra charges for additional staffing. Events may incur additional expenses.

 

The Rec-Plex Natatorium is available for group rentals during hours when it is not open for public use. All rates include staffing by our nationally recognized team of lifeguards. A one-hour minimum is required on all rentals and can be prorated in 15-minute increments beyond the one hour minimum. Overnight Lock-ins


The Rec-Plex is a great place for your church, school or scout group to host an activity that is sure to please everyone! With all that the Rec-Plex has to offer, groups of up to 500 people can be easily accommodated.

REC-PLEX NORTH: To get the special Rec-Plex Lock-In rate of $440 per hour, you must schedule your group for a minimum of 6 hours. One fee provides your group with the use of the main pool, leisure pool, gym, North ice arena and aerobics room. Included in the rental fee are lifeguard and skateguard staff as well as rental skates, volleyballs, and basketballs. You can also customize your activity by adding one of our Food Court options. One option allows you use of the Food Court and selected equipment for a flat fee of $250. Or, for a fee of $15 per person we will provide the Food Court area, food and staff to keep your group fed all evening.

 

Rec-Plex Lock-in rentals do not include use of the weight room or cardio room.

 

REC-PLEX SOUTH: To get the special Rec-Plex South Lock-In rate of $330 per hour, you must schedule your group for a minimum of 6 hours. This includes one ice arena, multi-purpose room, gymnasium (2 courts), lounge area, staffing for ice arena, rental skates, volleyballs and basketballs. It does NOT include Rink A or office space. A refundable deposit of $100 is all that is required to reserve your group’s date. To discuss all the Lock-in options that are available call 636.939.2386, ext. 1723.
