Purchasing and Bid Services
The City of St. Peters has a centralized Purchasing Department that provides goods and services to all City Departments in a timely and fiscally responsible manner.
Thank you for your interest in doing business with the City of St. Peters. For your convenience, the City maintains a Bidders List that is used for purchasing goods and services. Please fill out the Bidders List Application (see link above) and mail it to the City's Purchasing Department. Bidders will be responsible for updating the application every three years or sooner, if your information has changed. If no update is received after three years, your application will be purged from our system.
Placement on the bidders list is no guarantee that your company will receive a solicitation to bid. Bids ($10,000 or greater) are usually published in the St. Charles County Business Record and also posted on our website.
