The 475-acre St. Peters Special District is a high-tech office park with coordinated, mixed-use, quality development adhering to higher architectural and landscaping standards. Businesses in this area have access to enhanced telecommunication services and high-bandwidth technologies.

 

The Special District is located just south of Interstate 70, easily accessible from Cave Springs Road. This area spreads from St. Peters Barnes-Jewish Hospital on the east to the Costco/Mid Rivers Mall area on the west, generally between Mexico Road and Veterans Memorial Parkway. Some lots are visible from I-70.
