On November 26, 2008 at approximately 6:45 pm, two white males subjects entered The Buckle at Mid Rivers Mall and purchased over $1000.00 worth of merchandise on two stolen credit cards. On Dec. 30, 2008 at approximately 4:30am, person(s) unknown walked into Walgreens, located at 530 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, and stole over $1000.00 worth of perfume. The subjects were described as a B/M, thin build, shaved head, black leather-like coat, red plaid shirt, and appeared to be wearing light colored sunglasses. He was with a female, who acted as a watchout and she was described as a light-skinned B/F, short black hair pulled back into a lower ponytail, wearing an over-sized bright blue jacket with white lining, white shirt, and white tennis shoes. Please note that the females coat is unique and she should be wearing it for a few more months. On Dec. 19, 2007, person(s) unknown vandalized Francis Howell North, 2549 Hackmann Road, school property with spray paint. The unknown person(s) are believed to be students at Francis Howell Central and possibly go by the nicknames "Ghost," "Ghostman," and "Tank." The unknown subjects spray painted the aforementioned nicknames and other profanities on the tennis court shed and the storage building next to the football field causing hundreds of dollars worth of damage. Our Department needs information on the person(s) responsible for shooting out the windows of Church on the Rock, 900 Ohmes Road, on 09/19/08 at 2:45 PM. A total of six windows were shot out. St. Peters Police need help identifying theft suspects
Our department is seeking the public’s help identifying four subjects who used a stolen credit card at Mid Rivers Mall, spending almost $1000.00 in just a few hours.The stolen credit card was used at three stores within the mall and numerous other businesses in the St. Charles County area.
Our department received surveillance video from a business at Mid Rivers Mall Drive, where the stolen credit card was used. (You can see a person of interest to the left in an image taken from that video.)The store wishes to remain unidentified.The video was taken on December 4, 2008 at approximately 18:30 hours. The persons of interest are identified as follows:
Person of Interest #1: W/M, early 20’s, thin build, light brown short hair, was wearing blue jeans, white shoes, and a black wool-type coat.
Person of Interest #2: W/M, early-mid 20’s, medium build, dark hair, was wearing a black coat, khaki pants, and brown tennis shoes.
Person of Interest #3: W/M early 20’s, thin build, dark short hair, was wearing blue jeans, blue and white stripped hooded sweatshirt, and tennis shoes.
Person of Interest #4: No description
