Records Section
A Supervisor, four full-time and five part-time Police Record Clerks, staff the Records Section. The employees are responsible for the maintenance of the Department’s files and record system. Included in these responsibilities is the data entry into our information system. The Record Section’s staff is also responsible for processing all requests from outside sources for information contained in police reports. This includes state and federal agencies, insurance companies, attorneys, and private individuals. To obtain a copy of a police report call 636.278.2244, ext. 3525.
