Park Pavilion Reservations

Park pavilions are now available at a number of parks throughout the City. Reservations may be made in person at the Rec-Plex or by calling ext. 1400 at either 636.278.2244 or 636.477.6600 between 9 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday through Friday, or between 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday. The reservation desk is closed on Sundays and on City holidays. The pavilions are available from April 1 to Nov. 30.

GUARANTEED RESERVATION FEE
A guaranteed reservation fee is due when making the reservation. The fees are as follows:

What is the fee for?

The fee is a guaranteed reservation fee to ensure usage. It is not a deposit. Fees are not returned after the rental.

What determines the fee?
The fee is based on the size of the pavilion, not how many people are expected.

How do I make a reservation?
Reservations may be made in person or by phone at Rec-Plex. Reservation hours are from 9 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday through Friday, or from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday. The reservation desk is closed on Sundays and City holidays. All reservation requests, cancellation requests, and date/location change requests must be made during reservation desk operation hours.

What is the refund policy?
No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy: 30 days advance notice is required for a refund. A processing fee of $7.50 or 10% of the refund total (whichever is greater) will be withheld from the refund. The resident’s copy of the rental permit must be returned in order to complete this transaction.

What if I need to change the date of my reservation?
To change the date and/or location of a rental: Requests must be made a minimum of 30 days in advance, and will be honored pending availability. There is no fee to change a date or location providing it is requested 30 days in advance. If the requested date and/or location change is not available, a refund will be issued using the above criteria. Credits may not accrue for future rentals. The resident’s copy of the original rental permit must be returned in order to complete this transaction.

How do I make payment?
Payment is due in full when the reservation is made. All payments must be made by the permit-holder. MasterCard, VISA or Discover are accepted for phone reservations.

What if my business is in the City of St. Peters?
St. Peters businesses and organizations may still reserve pavilions, however, they must be located within the City limits of St. Peters. A certificate of insurance may be required.
