St. Peters has a large number of athletic fields throughout the City that are used regularly by residents and local sports organizations. Within our 22 parks, the city maintains 28 ball diamonds, 17 soccer fields and 1 football field.

A sports field or ball diamond can be reserved for family reunions and picnics in conjunction with pavilion rentals as well as for athletic games and practices by visiting the Parks Department at the Rec-Plex.  Permits are issued based on availability. Open registration for field rentals for team practices will begin Monday, March 29, 2010.  Many athletic organizations reserve fields for games, so check Rec-Connect on-line for field availability.
