Resident Privilege Cards

The St. Peters Resident Privilege Card is a photo identification card that may be issued to City of St. Peters residents ages 2 years and above. A Resident Privilege Card entitles residents to:
 - Discounted rates for St. Peters Rec-Plex admission and passes
 - Discounted rates for City of St. Peters park facilities 
 - Discounted rates for St. Peters oudoor pool passes
 - Discounted rates for room rentals at the Senior Center, City Hall, and the Sports Center
 - Discounted rates for a number of other City of St. Peters activities
 - Yard waste services at Earth Centre
 - Access to online e-Resident services

Resident Privilege Cards can be obtained at City Hall or the St. Peters Rec-Plex during these hours:

Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday Closed

9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Sunday and City Holidays Closed Closed

To receive a Resident Privilege Card, you must bring two forms of identification (and at least one must be a picture ID) that show your name and current address (i.e., driver's license and current utility bill, or any bill with a current date and current address -- checkbooks are not accepted). These cards are valid three years from the date of receipt and are issued free of charge to each City of St. Peters resident living in the household. Lost cards may be replaced for a small fee.

A Military Privilege Card is a photo identification card issued to military personnel who are active duty, honorably discharged, or retired. It can be obtained by presenting a DD-214 and a valid photo ID to the City Hall front desk during the hours stated below. The card will provide discounted admission to the cardholder only. The Military Privilege Card must be presented to the front desk upon admission to receive the reduced rate.

Expiration date & renewal: Resident Privilege Cards expire three years from the date issued. Please check the date on your card for expiration. If no date is shown, contact Parks & Recreation Services at 636.939.2386, ext. 1400, to obtain your expiration date. To renew your Resident Privilege Card, bring in your old card, and proof of residency as stated above, to City Hall or the Rec-Plex. A current photo will be taken and a new card issued.
