City Voices Chorus--Sweet Adelines International
Go back in time to when barbershop-quartet a cappella singing was around
and sung on every corner. Now, you can listen to barbershop singing
this summer, just like the good old days, when the award-winning female
troupe City Voices Chorus performs an outdoor concert.
Thursday, July 18, 2013, 7 p.m.
Join us for an evening of Hot Jazz, Swing, and Rhythm and Blues music spanning the 1920's-1950's. Fronted by a high energy female vocalist and backed up by a swingin' horn fueled rhythm section, Miss Jubilee is a favorite among Swing Dancers and fans of all ages who enjoy uplifting and energetic music!
