Fitness Fest gives everyone a chance to try out the Rec-Plex’s indoor pools and diving boards, ice skating rink, gymnasium, cardio and weight rooms, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, indoor track, and more. You can also try out a number of FREE fitness classes during the event.
