Athletic Leagues

 

The City of St. Peters offers a number of athletic leagues for both adults and kids. These leagues include:

Instructional Baseball

Introduce your child to America's pastime in a fun, safe environment. The City of St. Peters offers instructional baseball for kids ages 4-7.

 REGISTRATION IS NOW UNDERWAY FOR OUR SUMMER LEAGUE!!!

  • T-BALL (ages 4-5)
  • COACH PITCH BASEBALL (ages 6-7) 

Practice and games are played on week nights. Rosters and game schedules are posted below on this page.  Schedules will be updated to reflect any necessary make-up games due to weather.   Each participant in the league receives a T-shirt with their registration. Play lasts for six weeks, ONE HOUR PER WEEK. Balls and bats are provided. Each child must bring a glove. If you choose to bring your own bat, wooden and aluminum bats are acceptable.

 

Parents, we're always looking for volunteer coaches. If you're interested, let us know during registration.

 

Any special arrangements or requests must be made in writing at the time of registration. Changes to the schedules or assignments will not be made after the program information is mailed. Registration for this program closes 1 week prior to the start of the program or when filled.

Basketball Leagues

 

Sports Monster hosts recreational adult basketball leagues at St. Peters Rec-Plex South for ages 19 and up. Rec-Plex South is located behind the Rec-Plex.

Adult Flag Football

 

See if you've got what it takes to break into the open field and take it to the house! Get your team together for the St. Peters Rec-Plex's eight-game Adult Flag Football league. Anyone age 18 or older can play. Leagues are typically played after the NFL football season ends late winter into spring.

 

League information:

 

  • Minimum 4 teams required to start league; Maximum 9 teams can sign up.
  • Minimum 6 players, maximum 15 players per team.
  • Games are split into two 20-minute halves. Halftime is 5 minutes.
  • Referees keep time and score.

REGISTRATION: During the registration period, sign-up must be done as a team. If you are an individual looking for a team, we can try to assist you. Send an email to Chris White at cwhite@stpetersmo.net asking to be put on a list that will be given to team captains for possible roster spots. Emails should include your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, age and football background.

POSTPONEMENTS: In case of inclement weather, game status will be decided at 10 a.m. game day. To check the game cancellation information, call ext. 1604 at 636.939.2FUN (2386). When calling for cancellation information, be sure to check the date on the message. Messages are only put on when there is a rainout. Otherwise, we will attempt to play and get all games in as scheduled. We are not responsible for misinformation received if you call prior to 10 a.m.*

 

* Exceptions for the 10 a.m. time may be made for Flag Football games. Specific information will be on the cancellation hotline.

 Softball Leagues

 

Dust off your baseball glove and grab your bat for Adult Softball Leagues. Get a team together to play at St. Peters Centre Park either on a Men's or Co-ed league. Each league plays 14 games with two games each night. Your team could take home the league championship trophy and T-shirts.

Volleyball Leagues


Bump, set, spike ... have fun! The St. Peters Rec-Plex South gymnasium hosts adult volleyball leagues for ages 18 and up. We offer Women's Adult Volleyball and Adult Coed Volleyball Leagues.
