Yard waste collection in St. Peters resumes March 4. Yard waste is picked up curbside once a week from single-family homes and brought to Earth Centre for processing. If your trash is collected on Mondays and Thursdays, yard waste pickup is on Wednesdays. If your trash is collected on Tuesdays and Fridays, yard waste pickup is on Mondays.

The City of St. Peters is again offering an optional 90-gallon rollout cart for yard waste collection giving residents a convenient option for storing and moving yard waste and eliminating the need to purchase yard waste bags. Yard waste material can be loosely put into the cart.

St. Peters residents who sign up for a yard waste cart in March or April will receive free cart delivery, a $12 value, and no charge for the first month’s cart rental, a $5 value. At the end of the 30 days, you will be switched automatically to regular billing of just $5 per month for yard waste cart rental. You may cancel at anytime during the first 30 days without charge.

St. Peters residents can also drop off yard waste at the city’s Earth Centre facility at no charge. To get to Earth Centre, take Mid Rivers Mall Drive north of I-70. Turn right on Ecology Drive and follow to Earth Centre.
