Lakeside 370

Lakeside 370 is being developed into a comprehensive business park called Premier 370 and a regional park called Lakeside 370 Park. Premier 370 is an 835-acre mixed use development in the heart of fast-growing St. Charles County. The area is being developed along Highway 370--a six-lane interstate-quality highway that’s minutes from Interstate 70, Interstate 270, and Lambert St. Louis International Airport. Lakeside 370 Park is a 300-acre park with a 140-acre recreational park that is developing adjacent to the business park.

Old Town TIF District

The City of St. Peters has long recognized the need to protect and preserve the area of the City commonly referred to as Old Town and the land areas adjacent to the east and north.  This portion of the City forms the Old Town Levee Redevelopment Area.

The Redevelopment Area consists of approximately 725 acres.  The principal redevelopment goal is as a major business and industrial park.

Tax Increment Financing is also available in the Old Town District.  TIF funds can be used toward: site infrastructure improvements, construction of needed roadways, water lines, storm and sanitary sewer infrastructure, and the inducement of other redevelopment projects.

St. Peters Special District

The 475-acre high-tech office park was established in 1988.  Special zoning was established for this park to accommodate a more coordinated, mixed-use development.  Standards include larger lot area requirements and higher architectural and landscaping standards.

The Special District is also a designated Southwestern Bell Fiber Park.  Businesses in this area have access to the most advanced fiber-optic technology available to them.  Fiber Park benefits include immediate access to a full line of state-of-the-art enhanced telecommunication services and high-bandwidth technologies.  Fiber-optics, ISDN, video, self-healing networks, gateways to virtually any database in the world and T-1 facilities are available.
